Elevation Health provides treatment for non life-threatening injuries and illnesses, including colds, ear infections, the flu, sprains, mild asthma, urinary tract infections, sports physicals and more. This service is included for members.

D.O.T. Physicals

We provide DOT CDL physical testing required for Commercial Motor Vehicle Drivers in the High Country area. Heather Peters is a Licensed FMCSA Medical Examiner.

IV Fluids

Elevation Health’s general IV fluid hydration therapy provides a straightforward, fast-acting option to replenish fluids and electrolytes—perfect after illness, exercise, or travel. We offer:
